Completing Appointment

I'm a new Outlook user, and I'd like to know if there is
a way to cross out an appointment or meeting to show what
has been completed (like the task feature)

Perhaps a quick solution would be to right click on the
completed appointment and change the color (Label) of the
appointment. Maybe 'blue' to denote completion? Just a
thought and good luck to you.
