Completion vs. Actual Completion

Hello,

I am looking for a way to track a 'target' completion
date vs. the actual completion date. Currently whenever
I enter the actual completion date it changes the
completion date to match it. I would like the completion
date to stay as origanaly entered so I can track dates.
Any thoughts??

Steve:

Save a baseline. Tools, Tracking, Save Baseline. Once
you have a saved baseline, you can compare actuals to
projected. So to compare the actual finish date to the
baseline finish date for a task, you could insert the
Baseline Finish field. To compare the currently
projected finish date for a project against what was
originally projected in your baseline, go Project,
Project Information, Statistics.
