I am trying to create a Word document with three charts on the page along with additional text. Each of the charts needs statistical significance symbols - basically, small text boxes hovered over each chart.
These charts come from Excel. If I copy and paste the chart ONLY from Excel, everything is fine, the chart looks great and I can make changes to the chart formatting if I want. However, if I group this chart with the symbols and copy/paste, I end up pasting in a picture with poor, poor resolution. Similarly, if I just copy and paste the symbols all at once from Excel to Word, I also lose resolution and the printed result looks terrible.
Is there any way to paste a grouped graph without losing the ability to edit it later, while retaining good printing quality?
Thanks!
