Complex scripts/right-to-left: Help: font doesn't work!

E

Eva

Hi,
I truly hope somebody can help me out here. I recently started working with
Vista and Office 2007 and so far everything is fine - that is until I wanted
to type a text in Persian/Farsi right-to-left script. I have a long list of
TT fonts, but none of them is shown when I attempt to type! I can type in
English, but not in Farsi/Persian. Persian keyboard is installed. What should
I do?
Your help is deeply appreciated.

Hi Eva,

You may want to also post in the MS Word International Features discussion group using the link below.

In Word, if you use
Office Button=>Word Options=>Popular=>[Language Settings]
are the right to left languages you're looking for enabled? If not, enable them then restart Word and then check that the keyboard
you want to use is the active one.

Also check in Office Button=>Print=>Print to see that a truetype capable printer is selected.
