complex search

I have a file where are different departments and under every dep.
there are several years. All the data is on one sheet. The layout is
simply following:

dep1 2004
dep1 2004
dep1 2005
dep1 2005
dep2 2004
dep2 2004
dep2 2005
dep2 2005

I need to search acoriding to the department, and then acording to the
year and need all those rows that match with the dep and year.

Has anyone a good idea?
