Compose font cannot change to default

Hi all,

I need help to resolve issue for my user. Apparently he accidentally enable
the options of format>font>Effects>Small caps.

Now when I try to disable, the effect is gone but when I start composing new
email it came back. I go back to the setting and check it went enable all
over again.

I have tried to disable the option from Word (since he turn on the "use
Microsoft Office 2003 to edit email messages") still no go.

Its so inconvenience! Please help
