Compress file

I have a Schedule in 07 and it is a 104KB file. I had a big resource table
in there. Have reduced the resources but project is holding on to the
size... Is there any way of reducing the size or compressing that file?

If you suspect a corrupt file, you could try the suggestions in FAQ Item:
