Gang,
I have a Word doc with some images that cause the entire doc to be over
16MB in size. On a recent Windows version of Word, I was able to
select an image, and in the Properties I was able to compress all
images in the file (or just that one, if I chose) to either 200 dpi for
printing or 96dpi for web use (IIRC). Using the 200 dpi setting, I was
able to bring the file size down to about 3 or 4 MB and it printed just
fine.
I tried to do the same thing on the latest Mac version and couldn't
find the option, and the help file had no reference to it. Are we out
of luck on this feature?
TIA,
Dennis
