Compression tool in Publisher

I have tried to install the compression tool button and have SP2 installed.
The instructions refers to pack 1. Does SP2 support the compression button?

SP2 of what dude?
Windows? Publisher?
and what version of either?

But anyway, the simple facts (note my details)...

Service Pack One of Microsoft Office System 2003 adds a Compress Picture
toolbar button to the Pictures toolbar of Publisher 2003.
The Microsoft Office System 2003 is fully supported in Windows XP+

I have Windows XP Home and Publisher 2003. I have SP2 for Windows XP home
installed. Can I go back and install SP1 in order to get the compression tool?

David called the OP "Dude". It just struck me as humorous. For some reason I
just can't picture David doing that regularly. :)
