Computer crashed can't download Microsoft Office Professional

My computer crashed and my data was saved luckily, but when they reinstalled
it on my new hard drive, Microsoft Office Professional was gone. They (Best
Buy) told me that I need to reinstall it. It won't accept my product key.
I'm assuming it's because it can only be downloaded once? How am I going to
get all of my emails and information back? Isn't there a way to get all of
that information?
Any help would be greatly appreciated! It's got my entire list of business
contacts and I'm screwed unless i have that.

I have it, but when I type in the product code it doesn't recognize it. I
think because it's for a one-time use, but shouldn't I be able to use it
again since it's still the same computer?

Use good lighting and try the key again. Several of the numbers/letters look
like something else.

Do you know the number I'd use to do a phone activation? I tried to find a
number but just found the support number which charges $49.

I'd like to try to activate by phone but can't find the phone number. The
number I found requires me to pay $49 first.

I called to try to activate that way and they need an ID number. I don't
have one when I run the Microsoft software. Mine just asks if I'd like to
remove or reinstall my software. The wizard doesn't give ID numbers. I just
need to reinstall my software.
