computer Crashes when I use word 2003

Hello

I really need some assistance here my computer crashes
completly, meaning it instantly turns off when ever I try
to use word 2003. It does not matter if I am typing in it
or not, it crashes even if word is open.

I usually have about 30 seconds before the computer will
crash with word open... so If I can type something really
fast and then close it, everything will be fine.

Additionally since outlook is configured to use word as
me email edditor, if I try typing a message in out look
my computer crashes also.

I am really tiered of this it has been going on for about
3 weeks now, so if someone can help it would be most
apreciated

Thank you, I think that fixed it, my computer has not
crashed since I followed the instructions in the link.

It turns out that it may have been a normal.dot
corruption.
