installed Service Pack 2, computer now freezes when I activate "My Computer"
- and My Computer does not bring up anything. I had this problem when I
first got this laptop, at that time it gave me an error report and told me to
go to a web site for a Driver update. I do not know what that update was,
but I need it again.
