computer froze and I Data not saved!! Is there any way to reclaim it?????

My computer froze and the excel sheet I worked in didn't
save the data. Is there any way to go back in time to a
place I was working before??? I had to shut computer
down :(

Your help is appreciated!!

Brian,
What version of Excel do u have ? There is an autorecover
option on some versions, designed to deal with this.
