Computer is not operating after an auto upgrade HELP!

After an auto "upgrade" to Office 2003 my computer is not operating well.
Can't google search; nothing is working well. What the #&$(#&$ happened and
why isn't there a direct link to help and support from the upgrade page that
a normal human being can negotiate?
