Computer name in header

Maybe I'm a little paranoid (although I prefer to call
it "security conscious"), but is there any way to prevent
my computer name from appearing in outgoing headers? I'm
not looking to do anything illicit, but it seems to me
that including the computer name, along with ISP info and
IP numbers, is just asking for trouble...
