I have a user that configured Outlook (POP3) before adding a router. Now
he's got a router, his LAN IP is correct (192.168.x.x) but when he sends
email the Internet Header still shows the ISP assigned IP (pre-router)
associated with his PC's name. This causes a problem since the PC and IP in
the Header cannot be resolved (RDNS) mail sent outside the Exchange system is
failing.
Is there a way to update the PC name/IP assoication?
I have several users with this same issue and any help would be appreciated.
