Hi,
I have a working Project Server 2003/Sharepoint Services/Project
Professional 2003 Environment that works great in our Domain. I have a
client who is able to access our network through a secure VPN Tunnel,
and can access Project Web Access just fine. The issue we are having
is that the user cannot collaborate with Project Professional via his
Project Server Account (Non-Windows Domain Login), or by setting up
his username on the Project Server and Sharepoint Servers (See:
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/projservadmin/HA011654201033.aspx).
He can access the Project Server through Project Professional 2003 if
allowing anonymous access through IIS, but then the Domain Users
cannot access Project Server through Project Professional using the
Integrated Windows Authentication. Is there a possible way to
authenticate the VPN User using Project Professional 2003 with Project
Server 2003? We are using a Windows NT 4.5 Domain, so AD is not
available, just in case that helps. Thanks in advance!
