Computer unlock causes Access VB window to appear

I am using Access 2000.

I lock my computer (using Ctr+Alt+Del and selecting lock) and when I
unlock my computer, Access opens the Visual Basic window when the
computer is unlocked .

Does anyone have any suggestions to fix this?
