Comulative Security Update

Windows Update keeps giving me that Comulative Security
Update for Internet Explorer 6 Service Pack 1, EVERY DAY!
It's always the same exact thing that it supposedly
installs but really doesnt, because it installed it the
day before (the same 2.8 MB). What is it??!! Why does it
give me that Update EVERY SINGLE DAY??? Can someone out
there help me? My personal email address is:
