Concatenate fields

Concatenate fields works only in the Query.
NewAddress: =[Address] & ", " & [City] & " " & [Region]
& " " & [PostalCode]

Not in a Form, or Report.
The control source for NewAddress is
NewAddress: =[Address] & ", " & [City] & " " & [Region]
& " " & [PostalCode]

What stupid thing am I missing?

That's what I'm using.
If you mean the = sign, I'm using it.
NewAddress: is the name of the text box.
The control source for NewAddress is
=[Address] & ", " & [City] & " " & [Region]

What stupid thing am I missing?
