Concatenation returns Number instead of Text

How can i fixed my unbound text (Concat of Address) with the control
source coming from the same table as what i have in the form that
returns the ID which is number instead of Text?

You question is not clear. Can you post the code you are using and perhaps a

By using an expression which refers to the data that you want to see.

As Klatuu says, we need a bit of help here! Are you perhaps using a Lookup
Field? If so, the field actually *contains* the number, not the text; that
simple fact is concealed from view by the Lookup misfeature.
