"When I change the sizes in the Organization Chart -> Options menu it applies
them to all the shapes. But I want the executives, managers and "normal"
employees to have a different size :(
Is there any possibilty to do so?

This question was brought up a while ago.... I too am having this problem,
is there a work around for this other then having to make each shape
individually??? What a freaking pain in the butt,, I have over 400 hundred
positions that I am doing...
