Is there a way, with any Outlook version, to condense email threads together?
Example - you have an email conversation containing 3-5 people answering
questions under the same subject at different times. I don't have to keep
all the emails but I want to make sure that I get all the answers. Is there
an option to merge all threads into one email (by time, etc) and delete the
individual emails?
This would save time searching for answers and also save space (on PCs as
well as servers).
Any help is appreciated, even if there is no answer at this time. I would
also take 3rd party software recommendations.
