I am a writer in charge of posting PPT files to my company's Web site. These
files are full of graphics, and some are up to 50 pages long. I am wondering
if you have any pointers as to how to make the files smaller and therefore
easier for our customers to download.
Also, I have been posting both PPT and PDF files of my company's
presentations online, and was wondering how to post PPS versions. Is there a
way to convert a PPT to a PPS?
Is there any way to "lock" a PowerPoint presentation so that people who
download it can't make changes to it?
