I am a Visio 2007 user and I am creating org charts by importing a file from
excel into the chart wizard. My charts spread across about 85 pages and the
roadblock that I am facing is that the 3rd and 4th level VP/Directors/and
executives sometimes have 80 to 100 subordinates that I cannot fit on 1 page.
I have tried inserting a page as well as breaking down portions of the
departments and labeling the top of the chart "Reports to ____ Conitinued on
pages 2-5" manually but I end up doing more manual manipilation than I
anticipated. My goal is to import the excel file using the chart wizard with
as minimal manual manipulation as possible only using it to make minor
adjustments. Do you have any suggestions?
