conditional format based on button failed after editing href and

Turning to more knowledgeable ones...(Version 2003 SP1) I'm revising a
template that has been used awhile. I am adding a conditional show/hide
based on a radiobutton values 1 or 2 on the new template. This works fine
with new forms. Before replacing the older template - I need to be certain
no data will be lost from the prior forms. I copied an old form; edited the
href and the name= to point to the new template. Checkboxes, rtf, views,
other radiobuttons, everything works fine except my conditional button is
filled with 'gray' and clicking does not select or run my condition. What
have I missed? Thanks ahead for your time.

Swathi: thank you for taking the time to respond to my question. Yes, that
fixed the problem...I would not have worked out this solution for a long time.
