Conditional Format Between Dates

Hello,

There is probably a very easy solution to this but I cannot figure it out.

I have a monthly report that shows the same units every month, but
information on those units can change from month to month. What I need to be
able to do is, if there were any changes from last month's report to this
month's then I need only those fields hilited, bold or whatever, just so they
stick out for the Accounting Dept.

I've tried: If Field Value is Between Now() and Now()-30 in conditional
formatting but clearly this isn't correct as it's not working. Could some one
please help me.
(My field is "audDate")

Try Between Now() and DateAdd("m", -1, Now())
