conditional format depending on time

in range c2:g:20 I have numbers and text and I want to
change cell colors automatically depending on the time:
If current time is between 5PM-6PM then black, 6pm-7pm red, 7PM-8PM green
and if between 8pm-9pm yellow.

Is it possible?
