Conditional format Formula -Duplicate & n/a

I am trying to do a conditional format formula to highlight duplicate
results, but I have #n/a on some. Is there a way to write the formula to find
all duplicates in 1 column, but ignore all #n/a values too?

Use a custom function like

=IF(ISNA(A1),FALSE,COUNTIF($A$1:$A$10,A1)>1)
