Conditional Format (Macros)

Could anyone help with the following problem....

I have an Excel sheet that automatical updates daily.
The infomation that i require in reference to conditional format is
based on dates.
When the report opens and runs on a morning i would like it to colour
dates that are 10 days less of the current date to Red, and the rest
to Green.
I have had a look at the conditional format options and im not too
sure about it, if i can activate and run it through excel i should be
able to put it into my macros for when it runs on a morning.

Thanks

Post back if you still have questions.

Formula 1 is: =(A1+10)>=TODAY() format patterns as RED
Formula 2 is: =(A1+10)<TODAY() format patterns as Green
