Conditional format not refreshing Excel 2007

Hi all,
I have a problem with conditional format. In Excel 2010 I’ve made
table where format depends on value from drop down list. In Excel 201
everything works perfectly.
But in Excel 2007 conditional format doesn’t refresh. I enclose an exce
file for detail.
Please help
