Is it possible to use the conditional format to highlight the entire line
when one cell meets the condition? This is in a subform datasheet that is
based on query. If the cell is less then or equal to 0 I want the whole line
highlighted.

Is this possble?

In a datasheet form, you would have to use CF on each text
box in the subform.

With a continuous form, you can add a big text box behind
all the other (transparent) text boxes and just use CF on
the big text box.

mattc66,
What constitutes a "HighLight?" (background, forecolor, border,... etc)

One way to do that is to use a text control as the background for your
subfrom record.
Set all the text controls to Transparent.
Use an wide unbound text control as the background behind all your
controls, and apply the CF to that text control.
Use the CF Default Formatting to apply your normal control
color/s... if any.

Or... apply the same CF logic to each field in the subform record.
