Conditional Format

I need to add this to cell "CF6" in a "conditional format" formula ...
its from cell "FB6".

It is cell "FB6" (Conditional Format) "Condition 1" I need it to be "TRUE"
also.

AND(FC6<=1%,OR(EV6:EX6)<=FB$5)

Its location to be placed in the formula is shown below ~~...~~

=IF(FC7="","",AND(OR(ET6:EX6)>3%,AND(FC6<=1%,
~~(FB6,COND1,"TRUE"~~,
