Conditional Formating Help

I would love your help with a conditional formatting goal. I would
like to color a cell if it is part of a formula in another cell. Below
is an example:
A B C
1 12 13 =B1/A1 I then want A1 and B1 colored blue
2 12 13 =B1 I then want A1 and B1 colored blue
3
