Conditional Formating Help

I hit post message too soon.


I would love your help with a conditional formatting goal. I would
like to color a cell if it is part of a formula in another cell.
Below
is an example:
A B C
1 12 13 =B1/A1 I then want A1 and B1 colored
blue
2 12 13 =B2 I then want B2 colored blue
3 12 13 =D3 I then want D3 colored blue

I am using Excel 2003. How can I create a conditional format that will
do this?
