Hi, I have Conditional Formatting on 4 fields in a subform. 2 are in
Details and 2 in the form footer. They show the Profit/Loss and
percentage, and their totals. I have set them to be RED if negative.
They were all configured at the same time yet one field insists on
remaining red. This is the total of the percentage (field a/field b)
I notice that when the main form changes its selection the subform
goes blank for a little while whilst it is populating but the field in
question shows #Num! error for a split second. This is red. What is
going on and when does Conditional formatting fit into the events on a
form? I've even tried adding an IIf IsNull on field b to the calc to
make sure it only calcs when data is present but it still shows #Num!
when the data is being pulled in.
Any ideas most welcome.
