Conditional Formating with colour

I am wanting to record when water tempertaure go outside temperture limits as
part of a Legionells risk assessments in building properties.

I want to create red coloured cells on one of 95 worksheets (one for each
property) to be shown on a master summary sheet for quick evaluation of
temperature anomalies.

Each of ther 95 worksheets have water tempertaure conditions that are to be
recorded.
There are twelve rows on the worksheet for each month ie January 2009
through to December December 2009. And the columns are various recorded water
temperature vaues.
For example if the cold water recorded temperature is typed as above 20oC it
turns that cell red, likewise when the hot water values are typed in, any
below 50oC turn that cell red.

Hence the work sheet is a type of traffic light of measured tempertaures
that are outside limits.
I then want this property to be flagged up on the master summary sheet as a
red cell against that property's name.

Can I conditionally format one of the worksheet cells so that it recocnises
any coloured cells in a row for that month's water tempertaures and then link
this cell up to a warning coloured cell against that property on the summary
sheet to highlight a water temperature anomaly ?

Any help would be appreciated please.
