Conditional Formating

I have several values in a column and I want to apply Conditional Formating
using icon sets, according to the following rules:

Value=0, green symbol
Value<0, red symbol
Value>0, yellow symbol

Is this possible?

What symbols and where do you want to display, e.g. in the next cells? If so,
you can do that by setting font color of the adjacent cells.

I tried to use that feature, but I cannot figure out how to specify the
conditions I need:
if Value=0, green symbol
if Value<0, red symbol
if Value>0, yellow symbol
