Conditional formating

I would like to color cells that contain specific # ie: 10 and 18 I
can choose either 10 or 18 in my query but how can i choose both
numbers in the same formula. I make a new rule( where the cell value
is equal to 10) and it works, but how do i make a rule where the the
number is equal to 10 or 18 I tried (10 or 18) I tried (10,18) and
nothing seems to work.
