hi there all
I've created a table with the following fields , part no, location 1,
location 2, location 3, location 200.
location x stores the quantity of parts, though most of the location will
have a quantity of 0.
I've also created a form and report. i've set out all locations (1-200) .
the only snag is that i want to display the loction if it has a quantity of
one ore more. Currently, I'm printing out locations that do not have a
quantity, therefore there is a lot of waste.
i've used condional formatting, but this seems to affect the data within the
cell (text box). Can I hide the cell completely unless it has a quantity > 0
?
thanks
raj
