Conditional Formatting 2007 Beta 2

After opening an Excel 2002 spreadsheet in 2007 beta 2, no errors are
generated about conditional formatting, but upon SAVE AS (Excel 97-2003) it
warns about conditional formatting not being supported in older versions.
THis seems to only occur when the number that the conditional format is based
on has changed since it has been opened.

Does it however strip anything out of the 'old' conditional formatting? As
you will know c/f is vastly enhanced in XL12 and I suspect that Excel looks
to see if 'any' conditional formatting exists and if so warns it may be
lost????? Just a guess.
