For some reason, we have a couple users running Outlook 2010 thru Exchange (non cached mode) whose Conditional Formating Option is grayed out and not avaialble.
This is under View > View Settings > Advanced View Settings: Messages Window.
Filter and Conditional Formatting are disbaled in that screen of options. Any idea how to re-enable them?
RESET Current View did not work (and caused great anger when it wiped out thier view settings they had set ;^)
