Actually, 4 issues here......
#1, In Access 2002, I am using conditional formatting in a Monthly Change
Report
to highlight the changed date for the current month, using a date field
(Date/Time data type). Condition 1 is: Field Value is between 6/1/07 and
6/30/07. To supress dates from previous months, as we don't want these to
show on the report, but we also don't want to delete them, I've set Condition
2 as Not Between 6/1/07 and 6/30/07, and it turns the font color to white.
Does anyone know of a better way to do this?
#2, Is there a way to highlight the whole record when the date falls into
the current month, not just the date field?
#3, I have a Comments field (Memo data type) that is related to the date
field that I also do not want to have on the report when the previous months'
dates are gone, and I can't seem to find a way to do this. I've tried
looking into the IIF statements, but haven't had any success.
#4, Klatuu suggested filtering the report to remove the unwanted dates, but
I have not been able to figure out how to do that - any suggestions on this
would be appreciated as well. If this would also remove the Comment
associated with that date that would be awesome!
Thank you in advance for your help!
