Conditional Formatting Multiple Controls

Does anyone know of an easier method for highlighting
multiple fields on a continuous form besides using what
www.lebans.com has recommended? (I'm sure this method
works very well, but I am not a programmer and cannot get
their tip to work).

I'm trying to figure out how to highlight all the controls
on a continuous form (current row only) when any of
them "have focus". I have seen it in what www.lebans.com
provides, but I cannot get thier code implemented into my
own application. I export their code into my database and
I get errors saying that I cannot access the file.

Any help would be most appreciated.

Conditional formatting is built into Access 200X.
