Conditional formatting only working for half of worksheet

Hello,

I have applied conditional formatting to highlight all duplicates in one
column. It was working fine until I added new data to the worksheet this week
and suddenly, it's not working for the new data. I've cleared the rules and
reapplied them, but it won't work for the new data.

Can someone help?

Where is the new data added? Is it the same column? Are you adding columns?
Is the whole column with duplicate data selected?
