Conditional Formatting

Choose Format/Conditional Formatting... Enter your condition using the
condition 1 dropdown(s)/textbox(es), click Format, and choose your
format option from the Font/Borders/Patterns tabs.

keep in mind that there is a limit to the number of conditions you can
have - 3.
