Conditional Formatting

Hi all

Is it possible to use conditional formatting on a whole
row, based on a condition in one of its cells? If the
content of cell H3 is 'Temp' I want to shade the whole of
row 3 light grey, not just the cell with that word in it.
NB I already have conditional formatting on one fo the
columns, changing the format of individual cells if they
meet a particular criterion.
Have great weekends all you people out there!

Hi Bilbo,

Yes, you can do that.

Select the row by clicking the row number.
Conditional Format
Formula Is =$H$3="TEMP"
Select you style
OK out

You say that you already have some cells with conditional
formatting. Which ever CF you applied first will have
precedence.
