Conditional Formatting

I want to fill cell G53 with black if D13=x. Anyone have any suggestions? I
am working in 2007.

Select the cell G53
Goto Home tab>Styles>Conditional Formatting>Manage rules>New rule>Use a
formula to determine which cells to format

Enter this formula in the box below:
=D13="x"
Click the Format button
Select the desired style(s)
click OK

Paste this formula in =D13="x"
Format
Fill and select black
OK
