Conditional Formatting

Hi, is it possible to conditionally format a column based on the data
in two other columns?

For example

KI KJ KK

19/08/2013 19:30:00 131
26/08/2013 14:55:00 152 *
08/02/2013 15:50:00 164
26/08/2013 14:55:00 138 *
14/08/2013 19:15:00 126
22/08/2013 14:30:00 124
24/08/2013 16:05:00 126
17/08/2013 17:40:00 159
14/07/2013 15:10:00 163
24/08/2013 15:45:00 122


What I would like to do is CF each cell in KK where the value in cell
KI and KJ are the same so in the example above the cell starred would
be CF as both have the same date and time.

Any help as always appreciated
