Conditional Formatting

I have a SQL db that uses Access as a front-end. There
are 4 users of this db. I have placed conditional
formatting on two fields in my forms and reports one a
number the other text. The formating on the numeric field
is: if field value<0 then format red. It works fine on
my system, but the formating does not appear when the
other users pull up data with the forms or reports. Any
ideas as to why and what I need to do so they view the
field the same way.

Are the other users using the same front-end as you are,
the one with the conditional formatting applied to those
fields?
